Hi, my husband and I really like the upper beach area around Beachview Crescent – south to Kingston and West to Woodbine. What do houses sell for in that area? We’re interested in the bungalows as well as semi detached (or small detached). We love this area for dog friendliness and the rating it got on http://www.walkscore.com for transit. In my previous comment you could see that, at the close of searching the website, I was very frustrated in trying to find a straight path to the list of recent houses for sale. So, now that I have gained my composure, I would like to know if is a less time-consuming pathway to the recent listings of available (not sold) housing.
