Julie Kinnear is 46 years old, born in Vancouver, BC. She grew up in the Lawrence Park area of Toronto. She attended Carleton University, in Ottawa, Ontario. Previous to real estate, Julie was a multiple award winner with College Pro Painters for 5 years as a Franchisee in Ottawa, and in Toronto as a Field Advisor and General Manager. Cancer survivor since October 2000.
She loves to downhill ski, ride her roadbike, snowshoe and swim. She has been an active Fundraiser including The Ride To Conquer Cancer for the 7th year in a row. Julie grew up loving overnight camp - and attended Camp Oconto as camper & staff for 14 years!
The two rare cats are the most exotic Christmas gift Julie & Mary ever received: the two Cornish Rexes arrived in 2003 - that is Scout (mostly grey) and Scooter (mostly white). Julie owns a home with her partner Mary Palacios in High Park, just west of Roncesvalles, and bought her first house in 1995. She has owned houses, investment properties and a condo. Mary and Julie feel very fortunate to own a wonderful cottage in the Haliburton Highlands where they can get away year round. As a homeowner Julie can relate closely to the decision making involved in real estate transactions. She loves her work as a Toronto realtor.
