Stylish staging ideas and creative design solutions gave this one-bedroom plus den loft the edge it needed to attract a solid offer in a short period of time, agent Julie Kinnear says.

“It was on the market for three months with another agent,” she says. “[The sellers] consulted with me on how to make it look its best.”
