Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law are an amazing team in this movie. It was entertaining and the scenery and sets are incredible. It definitely has the Guy Ritchie feel to it. There is a great fight scene with Robert Downey. Clever humour and acted perfectly. I highly recommend. Fun for the whole family!
The Blind Date was a feel good movie and the performance by Sandra Bullock -- fantastic! The real life story was inspirational and restores my faith in humanity. This is great for the whole family or a perfect date night movie with many enjoying the football action, humour and perhaps the odd tear wipe too. This is a good one to see over the holidays.

Latest press release from TREB reveals November figures for commercial real estate in GTA. Unlike the resale market, commercial market results are seriously lacking behind the year 2008. Realtors reported 468,350 square feet of leased space in November, down 58% from the 1,113,195 square feet recorded in November of 2008.
Strong demand compared to the dismal results from the end of 2008 generates record high increase in sales. GTA Realtors sold 3,079 units during the first two weeks of December 2009. This figure is more than 100% higher compared to the first 15 days of December 2008.
Year-to-date sales reached 84,888 units, 16% more than in 2008. This figure is similar to the sound levels from the period of 2004-2006.
GTA is not the only real estate market with double digit jump in sale numbers. The Canadian Real Estate Association reported 73% increase in sales across the whole Canada in November.
There were 36,383 items sold, with Ontario and Quebec setting new sales records for November. Average resale price reached $337,231, up 19% from the November 2008.
Not sure if you've read any of Jodi Picoult's novels - they are pretty engaging and memorable - always dealing with pretty intense dramatic topics that are real life family decisions/ happenings, just rarely talked about.
I read this one before watching the movie. There are lots of twists and turns along the way - don't want to spoil it for you so read on at your own risk! Essentially a couple consider having another baby who may be a match for medically to help their older daughter who has leukemia. Fascinating dilemma. Anyhoo - Cameron Diaz is actually playing the role of mother - which is a bit of turn for her - growing up and maturing! You'll recognize Abigail Breslin who does an admirable job of being the lead throughout film.

November stats released by the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation showed 25% decline of the annual rate of total housing starts (seasonally adjusted). There were 25,500 new units in the GTA.
Shaun Hildebrand, CMHC's analyst, pointed on the volatility of apartment starts, which ceased three months lasting period of overall housing starts increases. Single-detached starts are on the opposite site – they reached record high number in November (10,300 units).
Year-to-date housing starts reached 24,229 units, 38.9% down from the 39,647 in the same period of 2008. Demand for homes is booming in recent months, but resale items from MLS are still fine in covering this demand and investors realize that the boom will probably finish after the expected interest rate change in the next year.

Bank of Canada met the expectations and maintains overnight rate target at ¼ also after the December 8. Officials confirmed commitment to hold the rate till the beginning of Q3 2010.
Inflation slightly exceeded bank's predictions, also the GDP growth didn't meet expectations, however the overall recovery remains consistent with bank's view. Next scheduled date for announcing the rate is 19 January 2010.
Low interest rate will drive the housing sector record sales for some months more, while buyers can enjoy more than affordable mortgages.

Year 2009 is slowly coming to an end. The last but one TREB report offers us a brief look at the November 2009 real estate market.
First thing that everybody is going to notice is the number of sales, or better said – the difference between November 2009 and 2008. 3,640 units sold compared to the latest number of 7,446 units sold – that means there was 105% jump in sales!
However, month-to-month sales change was negative – more than 1,000 units drop from 8,476 units sold in October 2009. Despite this fact, slower inflow of new listings (9,923 items) cut the overall stock down to 13,827 items in the GTA MLS, compared to 14,771 items in October (not to say compared to 27,037 items year ago…). Days on market indicator holds position on 26 days since October; it was 42 days year ago. Year-to-date sales were up 14%.
When we turn our attention to prices, year-to-year average price grew by 14% to $418,460; average price gained 4% and reached level $394,464 considering year 2009 only. Median price jumped up to $353,800 from $312,250 recorded during November 2008.
105% change in sales shows us what can be expected in upcoming reports, when we will be comparing dismal winter 2008/2009 with fresh boosting numbers. As said by Jason Mercer, TREB’s Senior Manager of Market Analysis. “As we move into the spring, growth rates will move to more sustainable levels.”

When I started working for the Julie Kinnear Team they would say in conversation with one another "eat that frog" or "that's your green frog dude". I thought I was working with a bunch of crazy people!!
And then we read "Eat That Frog" by Brian Tracy as part of our book club and now I'm eating frogs everyday!! Its a metaphor for tackling the most challening task of your day first. So just like eating a frog would be awful, if you do it first and get it out of the way, that's the worst thing you will have to do that day!
The chapters are just a few pages each and at the end of each one is an assignment for you to do. If you work these "action plans" into your everyday work and personal life you will find very quickly that you have more time in your day to do things for yourself and or that your day doesn't feel so out of control or stressful.
Its not an overwhelming read. Its very quick and to the point and it just makes so much sense.
I used to use a phrase "Procrastination for Nation" because that's what I would do all the time. Well I don't say that anymore because I am learning how to stop it!

I left the movie theatre thinking, OK that was different. And I say that in a good way and a bad way. I was entertained. Everyone acted their parts well. There are elements of comedy, satire, drama, action... but without having enough of each of these things to really give the movie a proper feel or direction. It veers close to being funny... and then veers off. It comes close to satirising American military tactics... and then goes off in another direction. There is so much going on on screen but yet really nothing is happening. I felt that a little more focus was needed to bring the film together. I am sure the overall story makes more sense in the book, it just gets a bit lost on the screen.
Julie here – I have been asking everyone to refrain from giving their opinions of the movie, so as not to spoil it for me. I kept hearing the odd fabulous comment, and was so looking forward to it…
This updated semi-detached house was the object of desire for many bidders largely based on its location in Leslieville, says agent Julie Kinnear.
"It was a big feeding frenzy," she says. "That area is really hip and happening!
The 1,218-square-foot house is situated on a quiet, dead-end street, yet is still close to the attractions on major streets nearby, such as the Indian Bazaar on Gerrard Street, shops and restaurants on Queen Street, and big-box stores around Lake Shore Boulevard.
It didn’t take long for this century-old row house to get snatched up, based on its location on a desirable street in Seaton Village, says agent Julie Kinnear.
Not only is it within a short walk from Palmerston Avenue Public School – popular for its French-immersion program – but it is also steps from a park, recreational amenities and public transit. Heading south, there are restaurants, shops and cinemas on Bloor Street West.

What a book! I first read this book by Stephen Covey many years ago when I first got into business in 1992. Since then many of the important points have stayed with me. Our team reread and discussed it together.
Who can forget – focus on the Important not the Urgent matters? Stephen Covey’s easy visual of understanding the time management matrix and working from Q2 is a habit that separates the best from the rest. This is especially poignant nowadays with blackberry’s and technology making everyone so accessible, it is easy to get caught up in the “busy”. BE PROACTIVE is habit 1.

Our real estate board issued their September summarization of GTA realtors' results. All indicators suggest that we should have one of the best years in the current TREB area.
Sellers are usually more interested in price. This report offers them good news. The average price grew by 10% to $406,877 and gained +$19,000 within the last month. The median price continued to grow as well, reaching $347,000 mark (+$9,000 since the last month).
Buyers can still enjoy decent stock on offer, however time is running out. Realtors reported 8,196 sales; slightly more than the last month (8,035) and the inflow of new homes was even higher (12,185 new MLS listings compared to 10,632 last month), however a sharp drop of Days on Market indicator (from 30 to 27 days) indicates growing volume of real estate transactions which may soon influence the overall stock of properties and thus restrict the supply.
GTA area is well on a good way to finish this year with record results, reaching well over 80,000 sales. There have been 66,437 units already sold in the first nine months.

It's clearly visible that realtors are optimistic about the near future. These expectations are mainly based on the low interest rate environment, which is considered the main reason for the current performance of the real estate market in Canada. Although the governor of Bank of Canada made commitment to keep the low interest rates at least till the second quarter of 2010, however, future growth of the rate is inevitable and will probably represent important point, when the real strength of the real estate industry will be tested.

Toronto real estate board analysed sales in the first two weeks of September.
Activity on the resale housing market remains solid at the beginning of autumn, with 3,361 items sold, adding 23% more compared to the first weeks of September 2008. The City of Toronto counted 1,280 sales (last year 998) and the rest of GTA area added 2,081 sales (up from 1,728). Average price reached $393,818 (September 2008 price was $366,158).
"Tighter market conditions since May, as evidenced by rising sales relative to listings and declining average days on the market, have resulted in stronger average price growth," explained Jason Mercer, TREB's Senior Manager of Market Analysis.
Amazingly enough housing prices are up year over year now! Those who bought in the dark days of last winter are looking very clever.

Every month, the Toronto real estate board sums up the most important data from the local market. Here's what they had to say about the Toronto real estate in August.
After sudden and fast booming trends in recent three months, the real estate market has slowed down, but still remains very active. Toronto realtors reported 8,035 items sold (+27% compared to August 2008). On the other side, 10,632 fresh properties came on to the GTA MLS listings system in the last months. In July, there was 9,967 items sold.
Similarly, the average price slid a bit to $387,921 from July's $395,414. Although this drop occurred, it's still comfortably 6% over the August 2008 value, thus keeping your property investments safe. Median price increased to $338000 from last year's $318,000, almost the same as in July ($339,000).
Average house price in Toronto, source: Toronto Real Estate Board
The overall stock is a little lower than last year's number, which reached over 25,000 units. In August 2009 there were 15,682 active units in the MLS. This was reflected in the continuous trend of recent days on the market indicator, which dropped to 30 days (July was 31 days and August 2008 even 36 days).
Despite very good results in June and July, year-to-date sales were still below 2008 values. August finally reached the breaking point – year-to-date sales reached 58,421 items sold, 2% over the 2008 stats. Also the year-to-date average price has overcome the last year's one and reached $385,978.
As said by Jason Mercer, TREB’s Senior Manager of Market Analysis:
We have heard more positive economic news lately. The improved housing market has played a key role. Home sales have helped other sectors of the economy through home buyers’ spending on things like financial and legal services, moving, renovations and home furnishings.
As a Toronto realtor and as a Toronto homeowner, l am very happy to see that calmer times have arrived. The last year has been a little bit too exciting.

Countries around the world have readjusted the boom period prices and now are offering real estate properties with interesting discounts. This is what real estate investors are always waiting for. To pick up the geese that will lay the golden eggs. So what’s the situation for traditional North American rivals, Canada and the USA?
Real estate prices in the USA dropped much more than in Canada (where the prices have actually already rebounded) and their mls listings are crammed with stock. This might sound like the best place to invest. However, professional investors and analysts still see Canada as a better place to spend some spare investment dollars.

The Real estate market in Toronto has kept an agile pace from the beginning of this summer, as proven by the latest short report of Toronto Real Estate Board.
While the year 2008 began well, but ended very gloomy, 2009 is quite the opposite. After a very difficult winter, spring and especially summer results give reason for optimism. Year-to-date sales have been better than last year's (54,303 versus 54,138 units sold), average price is 0.5% lower ($385,603).
And specifically year-to-year results are much better. Sales for the first two weeks of August 2009 were up by 27%, with 3,832 sales. Similarly, average price was 3% higher, climbing up to $383,796.
As explained by TREB President Tom Lebour: "The results for the first half of August indicate that many households in the GTA remain confident in their ability to purchase and pay for a home over the long term."
In our green real estate section we usually try to focus on environmentally friendly ideas for our homes. But oil is an essential part of our everyday lives. Half the adult population in the developed world has a car. Some of the biggest car users are realtors. We have to drive around their neighbourhoods on a daily basis. Unfortunately, we all know the two main problems related to driving: unsure oil supplies driving prices up and down and the environmental damage caused by fuel burning and the related carbon dioxide emissions.
Craig Venter is an American biologist and also a successful businessman who founded The Institute for Genomic Research. He mainly deals with genetic engineering and his latest project has caused a great deal of heated debate.
Algae are known for creating natural oil, which is already part of several experiments with biofuels. Venter wants to go further. He is trying to change the genomic make-up of algae in order to produce oil, which is almost identical to traditional crude oil. This option is so much better, as you can use existing oil industry infrastructure like refineries, and even produce plastics in the same way as from crude oil refining using the same production plants that are currently being used. It is no wonder that Exxon Mobile, one of the largest oil producing companies on the planet, gave him a $600 million subsidy to further his research.
And where is the ecological benefit, you might ask? It’s right there. Oil production based on algae could quiet possibly be the answer to one of the most serious threats facing the world today. Plants take the carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, use it in a photosynthesis process to create the oil and then the oil is burned and turned into oxalates. Naturally, we can’t expect this miracle solution to be available this year or next, but perhaps science will be able to put an end to the oil shortage. Craig Venter and his team have a very good chance of succeeding where others have tried and failed.
Why controversial? There is a risk with all algae that growth will go out of control. Wild algae producing oil could end up polluting our oceans so this experiment has to be handled very carefully.

Until not too long ago, asbestos used to be applauded for its unique characteristics: being resistant to heat, fire, chemicals and wear made it a very desirable material. For decades it was used in making thousands of products, from building material to clothes and toys, until about 50 years ago when it became obvious that it was also poisonous.
What is asbestos poisoning?
The blessings and curse of asbestos at the same time is its durability, which has been exploited in numerous industries. On the other hand, when present in human bodies, the body has no means of disposing of it. As long as asbestos stays compound in the material it is part of, then it is harmless. It only becomes dangerous when the tiny needle-like fibers become airborne, which makes them likely to be inhaled.

Toronto Real Estate Board issued regular monthly report for July 2009. Everybody who is at least a bit informed about the market activity in Toronto (respectively in the whole Canada) knows the situation has been quite wild. However, development during the last 3 months shows us finally calm and perspective development. Let's run quickly through July numbers.
single family dwelling sales comparison
Sales were up 28%, new listings dropped -18%, active listings shrunk -36% and Days on Market are down to 31 days, all compared to the same month of 2008. Average and also median prices rose (average price reached $395414, +6% compared to July 2008) indicate rising confidence around the market.
Market in Toronto is back on the track. We can probably expect steady, respectively slightly growing situation till the end of 2009. As told by TREB president Tom Lebour:“Households confident in their positioning within the current economic environment have taken advantage of housing affordability in the GTA.”
The real estate market is slowly recovering from the recession, but properties in the lower price brackets – such as this semi-detached house in the former city of York – are snatched up quickly by first-time buyers, agent Julie Kinnear says.
“It was a very interesting experience,” she says. “We did not hold back offers [until a certain date] and we had three offers anyway.”
Since 2007, a major public transport shakeup in the Ontario region has been anticipated by the public. The GTA will mostly benefit from the ‘MoveOntario 2020’ project. This 12-year plan comprises of 52 transit projects including the expansion of various subways, train, bus lines and selected highways. From the real estate point of view this reconstruction will ultimately have a real effect on the real estate demand in the affected regions, alongside with the environmental impact on the life of Torontonians.
The most affected areas
The undergoing or proposed changes will deliver between 10 to 20 per cent increase in the value of real estate properties in the affected regions compared to the rest Toronto. The expansion of Highway 410 to Brampton and the expansion of Highway 427 between Barrie and Pearson International, the creation of six new stations on the Spadina line, the extension of the Scarborough line and various expansions of GO Train lines are among the most important changes.
The strongest positive effect of the above changes will be experienced in the Vaughan Line region (area around the Sheppard West GO Train station and TTC station), Scarborough and Barrie. Positive effect on smaller scale will seen in the Milton region (thanks to the recent addition of the Lisgar station), the North Brampton region (due to the expansion of Highway 410 and Mt. Pleasant TTC station) and Uxbridge & Stouffville region (as a result of addition of Park & Ride Lincolnville GO Train station).
Understanding the way the real estate prices are estimated is a bit a dark art, but here a few of the factors. Since everyone has to leave the house once in a while, accessibility is among the most important variables when calculating property prices. Various studies have concluded that nearby railway station significantly raises the value of property. For example in Portland, houses within 500m range of light rail way station sold by over 10 per-cent more than houses located further away. Overall the positive effect of new stations on the property prices rise is recorded in half-mile range.
The positive environmental impact: improving the air quality
Since exhaust gasses contain number of segments harmful to humans, being inhaled long term, they slowly poison our bodies, causing number of serious diseases and often leading to premature death. The respiratory (lungs) and cardiovascular (heart & veins) systems are among the most affected.
Since the air we breathe is not pure, the pollutants and fine particles enter the body through mouth or nose and part of it stays in our lungs, causing its irritation or irreversible damage. Air pollution can either cause or worsen asthma or bronchitis or other chronic respiratory disease, it can cause blood clotting or heart attack and of course it can ultimately lead to premature death. Although the research still continues, there are about 1,700 premature deaths associated to the air pollution in Toronto every year.
The shakeup plan claims to be designed to reduce greenhouse emissions by replacing about 300 million car trips. But will this really work? Is this really the best solution for cleaner air? The plan is clearly concentrating on the public transport changes, favoring the railways, bikers and pedestrians before drivers. Of course expanding capacity of those means of transport is the way to go, but the needs of every-day drivers should not be forgotten. At the moment, drivers in Toronto spend about 67 hours in traffic jams every year. And according to congestion study, in 20 years cars will still account for about 70 per cent of all trips made in Toronto despite the increased capacity of other means of transport.
Since the stop-and-go traffic creates far more exhaust gas than idling, any project claiming its aim is to improve the air condition has to include plans eliminating congestions and improving traffic flow in general.
Or maybe the way to go is to find inspiration in the recent plans of Israel or Denmark. These countries decided to massively promote electromobile vehicles by tax exemptions and by building a giant network of charging stations throughout the country. Drivers and all citizens benefit from the diminished exhaust fumes and quieter streets.
The transformation of this more than century-old house in south Riverdale was clearly the work of a professional, agent Julie Kinnear days.
Within the past few years, the previous owner – an architect – of the semi-detached residence remodelled with bold accent colours and large panes of glass.
"It’s a very cool renovation," Ms. Kinnear says. "He had that eye for dramatics, which was good."

This seven-year-old residence sold for essentially the same price as the new, detached two-storey house next door.
But while the two properties have similar layouts and were constructed by the same builder, the older one has all the comforts and conveniences of a lived-in home, agent Julie Kinnear says.

When: September 23 - 24, 2009 Where: Direct Energy Centre, Toronto
Green Building Festival, Canada's premier event on the business and design of green building since 2005, will be returning to Toronto again. This year GBF is forming a strategic partnership with IIDEX/NeoCon, Canada's largest exposition and conference for the design, construction and management of the built environment. Exhibitions will include major project case-studies from around the world, technical analysis of all the different technologies and material available for green building and also innovative business solutions that allows you to make your green building projects a reality.
Program
The detailed program is still being worked on at the moment. Nevertheless, Wednesday, September 23rd will consist mainly of panels and presentations by some of the funded green building leaders. The following day will be dedicated to a wide range of workshops, seminars and breakout sessions featuring mainly:
Sustainable Housing
Auditing/Benchmarking
Infrastructure and Urban Planning
Adaptive Re-use
Green Building Incentives
Major Revitalization Project
The participants
Every year a wide range of green building industry professionals participate in this event. Not only green building advocates and efficiency experts, but also developers, architects, landscape designers, building owners, real-estate investors, service providers and policy makers - and the list doesn't end there.
Since GBF is running under the auspices of IIDEX, the festival poses an even greater opportunity for exhibitors to target potential customers, who flock to this event in their thousands. Considering that the IIDEX attendees spend over $7 Billion on green goods and services annually, with 46% of them located outside of Toronto, it could be considered commercial suicide not to exhibit at this event. For more information on how to participate, please follow the respective website.
Stylish staging ideas and creative design solutions gave this one-bedroom plus den loft the edge it needed to attract a solid offer in a short period of time, agent Julie Kinnear says.
“It was on the market for three months with another agent,” she says. “[The sellers] consulted with me on how to make it look its best.”
In south Riverdale, there are few properties like this three-bedroom residence, agent Julie Kinnear says.
It is one of three two-storey row townhouses within a converted fire hall – built in 1890 – that retains its Victorian brick façade and ceiling more than 11 feet tall in some areas.

In January we let you know what to expect if you decide to go through a home energy audit. Today we'll have a look at what grants there are available should you choose to install a home solar power system.
Why solar energy?
The ultimate advantage of solar energy is of course its nature-friendliness. With more solar energy, less energy produced the conventional (dirty) way will have to be made. Another really cool aspect of the solar energy today is that it is very popular and widely subsidized by most of the developed countries' energy policies and Canada is no exception. So if you ever though of installing a few solar panels on your roof, right now would be a good time.
Preparation
Before we have a look at the grants themselves, don't forget that in order to qualify for both federal and provincial government grants, you have to go through the home energy audit. What does that means?
Don't start the installation of the solar panel system before the auditor's first evaluation visit.
Finish all the necessary work within 18 months after the evaluation.
Keep all the technical documentation, receipts and even take photos of your progress so that you make sure you will be able to claim all the grants you are eligible for.
Book the follow-up appointment.
The first energy audit visit costs $341.25 (inc. GST), the follow-up visit $157.50 (inc. GST). The Government will refund you $150 toward the cost of the first evaluation.
Federal and provincial grants
Basically you are eligible to parliament grants for both solar photovoltaic system (solar energy is converted into electricity) and solar thermal system (solar energy is used for heating water). The federal government provides a grant of up to $500, but only if the system meets CAN/CSA standards. This grant is available until the end of March 2011. As for the Ontario government, they will match the federal government grant, so that's $1000 altogether. Also you can claim a refund of the 8% RST from the Ontario government. If you would like to take an advantage of this opportunity, you should hurry up since currently you can only claim it on equipment purchased up until the end of this year. The refund deadline has been already extended from the end of 2007 and might not be extended again.
This surely is a great opportunity for all those who are thinking of environmentally-friendly living while taking advantage of available government funding.

Has the financial crisis finally descended upon you? Do you spend more than you would like?
No need to worry: inspire yourself with our list of 10 common dollar-gluttons and find a few alternatives to your daily spending.
Grocery shopping
Eat before you go shopping and stick to your shopping list. These are the two rules that can save you plenty of money over time. When shopping, always compare price per ounce. You might notice that you always find the most expensive stock right in front of your eyes, while the cheaper alternative (private label or store brands) would be located right at the bottom of the shelf. Can you really tell the difference (blindfolded) between a $9 bottle of wine and a $25 bottle of wine? On the other hand, don’t buy something only because it is cheap: stick to your shipping list!
Bottled water
Did you get used to drinking bottled water over the years? Filtering your tap water works just as well. Just think of all the plastic bottles you leave behind!
Coffee
Can’t live without your coffee? Most people can’t. But do you really need to stop by at your favourite coffee shop every morning? Invest $10 in a coffee pot and make your own coffee.
Snacks
Sure 8 hours at work every day can’t be completed without some tasty snacks. Have you tried munching on fruits and vegetables instead of buying your favourite chocolate or protein bar? As well as saving money, you might even lose some pounds from
Movies & Cable
A movie night at the cinema for a couple can be as much as $30, if you include popcorn and babysitter. Netflix, on the other hand, costs only $9 for unlimited viewing. On the other hand, do you really watch all the channels you pay for every month? Check your billing options at your cable provider and choose the option that matches your viewing habits.
Music
Do you still buy new CD releases? Why don’t you get your favourite tunes at Amazon or iTunes, where you pay per song, so that you can download only those you really like for under $1 per song.
Phone
Living without a cell phone is near impossible these days for most people, but the good news is there are plenty of opportunities to save on your cell phone bills. Compare the billing options or switch to pay as you go, if that would make you call less often.
Smoking
If you cannot stop smoking altogether, think of switching to rolling tobacco. You might need a few days before you master rolling your cigarette, but the saving effect (as much as 50% in many countries) will be astonishing.
Petrol
Of course driving less would be the the ultimate money-saver, but that is not always possible. If asking yourself is this trip really necessary every time you turn on the engine isn’t an option for you, comparing petrol prices instead of stopping by at your closest petrol station could save you a bundle.
Credit cards
You probably heard that one already many times, but if you if you keep using your credit card for every day shopping and in the end find yourself unable to repay it on time, no money-saving tips will ever help you. Why don’t you close you credit card accounts (except for one for emergencies) and stick to paying cash, thus avoiding paying the interest (sometimes up to 30%) and possible late charges, which can also be very high.
Lots of credit card companies have secret low interest versions which you can move to if you press them. On the low interest versions you may not get some small bonuses but the savings on interest (as low as 5%) more than make up for the bonuses for most people.
Other ideas
I hope these ideas help you. Let us know if you have any other ideas in the comments. We have to all stick together to get through more difficult times in a changing world. Strange going back to the world of our grandparents where saving is more important than spending.
This three-storey condo sold for more than half a million dollars, a relatively small price to pay to move into the Annex, agent Julie Kinnear says.
The 1,550-square-foot residence was built about 30 years ago above street-level businesses. Unlike other units in the brick building, this one has a private and sunny location at the southwest corner. "It backed onto residential [properties] … so it’s very quiet," Ms. Kinnear says.
Check out their very cool website. Get an idea of the crafts and baked goods that will be for sale as well information on all the musical acts that will be performing.
Come for the afternoon! It will be a truly unique experience. You'll be doing 2 great things, supporting our local talent and raising money for an extremely important cause!
