Our lovely clients Sonja and Carlo sold their home in downtown Toronto with the Julie Kinnear Team and relocated to Europe. They have asked us to spread the word that they are looking to rent out their house in northern Italy, near Lake Maggiore, for the month of August.
It is located about 50 km North/West of Milan, 5 km from the lago Maggiore. Their home is a 500 year old Lombardian courtyard, and they've been restoring it slowly for the past 5 years and it's very special. With views of the alps, they have 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms a 500 sq meter backyard and beautiful courtyard. Absolutely monumental fireplaces and 5 meter (18 feet) ceilings. You'd love it!!
Would LOVE to know how much they’re asking. My husband and I are talking about going to visit family in Denmark this August or September and Italy as well, my family goes there often, near Lake Como…and suggested that we could rent a house together somewhere.
