Julie was the featured realtor in a long article about Roncesvalles Village that appeared in Xtra magazine in Toronto on 21 July. Here's what Julie has to say about her neighbourhood:
"We moved here because it was diverse and we thought it would be cool and tolerant," says Kinnear. "There are lots of kids, but it's not typical moms everywhere. There are young people, gay and straight people, artists. There are more people moving here - prices have gone up a lot. But I think the people moving here want to be that diverse person, artsy and community-oriented."
