Speak Out & Be Heard on the Proposed Land Transfer Tax Hike

The proposed 45% Hike in Land Transfer Tax will affect everyone, including you and your children. As you may be aware, the City of Toronto is considering charging a second land transfer tax on top of the current provincial tax...a double whammy! The City needs to hear your voice loudly and clearly on this issue, and public reaction at public meetings could influence City Council's decisions. Etobicoke Collegiate Institute at 86 Montgomery Road (n/e of Islington and Bloor) Tuesday May 15, 7-9 p.m.

Memorial Hall, 5100 Yonge Street (below the North York Public Library) on Thursday May 17, 7-9 p.m.
