Retreat Day in the City!
Canada's first and only national registered charitable organization dedicated to funding research, public and health professional awareness in complementary and alternative health care is holding a 'fun-raiser' for natural health education & research!
The retreat experience combines inspirational talks and experiential workshops with an opportunity to relax, stretch and replenish through a series of movement and Nia "mini breaks" throughout the day. And for the multi-taskers, they've added a fun opportunity to shop during the silent auction, featuring natural health and green living products and services. A healthy buffet lunch is included.
