I am looking for a mortgage calculator that I can custom create. For example. Your currant calculator and all others TELL me the payment required only (minimum). The way I have been paying my mortgage is increasing the Bi weekly payment every amortization. Id like to find a calculator that will allow ME to determine payment amount. In reality as I am paying down the mortgage ,I should be paying 285 Bi weekly however I AM paying 400 Bi weekly. This is after 15 years of owning a mortgage. Is there such a calculator that is available. Thank you.
