Toronto’s best jamaican food. Fresh made, fresh ingredients, you can see into the kitchen. These are rotis like no other. Vegetarian versions as well. If you want it hot, you can have it as spicy as you like. Delicious and inexpensive. Sometimes closed for long periods over the holidays but more than worth the trip when it’s open.

Caribbean roti isn’t actually Jamaican. It’s Trini or Guyanese. The people who run Bacchus are Guyanese. That said it is the best roti in town.

Thanks for the info Neill. I love the food at Bacchus and am glad to know its true origins. Have to get down to Trinidad or Guyana some time.
