(1) Kingsway Boxing Club This is the best, most enjoyable workout you will every recieve! I lost 20 lbs at Kingsway Boxing in less than 2 months and didn't notice because I was enjoying it so much! They offer free lessons to anyone wanting to try!!! So TRY them out!
(1) Bruno's Fine Foods We go there all the time for a the best butcher, fine foods, fresh sandwiches. It is expensive for everyday boxed items, so still need to hit Loblaws or wherever. Quality all the way.
