Calendar of events. You will receive two comprehensive calendars of events showing all the different steps involved on a daily basis - what we are doing behind the scenes, and what you will need to do - so that we stay organized & you stay informed of what is going on at all times.

Two styles used every time! On-line (web based) as well as on paper - Professionally designed AMAZING- An Exclusive to the Julie Kinnear Team colour feature sheet with a floor plan is professionally designed & printed. These are made available to purchasers and agents inspecting the home. These brochures have valuable information about your home and photos to help buyers remember your home. They are also ready to be faxed to other interested parties. In addition, we use a virtual tour on every home that we list. A Virtual Tour takes you on a 360 degree video trip outside and inside a property, highlighting the streetscape and important spaces within.

We commission a Virtual Tour for each of the properties we list for sale, which is then attached to the MLS listing. We prepare a special e-mail for area realtors and their clients, as well as our past & present clients, including photos and a link to the virtual tour and a detailed online feature sheet, including a complete floor plan like the one below and to the right.

NEW - we also film a movie with sound to be posted on Vimeo and our website, on your home's exclusive web page (Vimeo is a website with some similarities to YouTube that is popular with families and businesses).  This truly unique movie made of your home allows viewers to watch a complete walk-through of your home at its best, as well as listen to a description of its features, so they will hear the all the detailed benefits of what they are seeing.

We list your home on the Multiple Listing Service for no extra cost. This exposes your home to thousands of real estate agents and their prospective buyers. Most often houses are sold by other realtors who represent the majority of qualified buyers out there.

For Sale Sign
