Jennifer Palacios is a sales representative and an energetic and outgoing real estate consultant. Jen is the Director of our Buyer Division and specializes in working with buyers.
Her many fabulous years in corporate sales at Roots Canada taught her outstanding communication skills and great attention to detail - major assets to you as you buy your home! Her dedication and love of people will definitely benefit you when progressing through the buying process. Aside from her work with the Julie Kinnear Team, Jen is an outdoor enthusiast who loves tennis, horseback riding on the trails in Caledon, and playing with her dogs, Oscar & Nessy. In fact, she is fondly known by many in her boutique-style Leaside condo building on McRae Drive, as 'Oscar & Nessy's Mom'!

Jen is our resident Leaside expert as she loves the neighbourhood so much, she grew up there and has never left. She knows Toronto intimately, having grown up in North Toronto. In fact, you might run into her along the Bayview strip where she enjoys the many small shops that have been there since she was a little girl. You may also find that Jen likes to venture farther afield: with countries like Australia, Peru and Holland already under her travel belt! She has also volunteered as a counselor and Program Director for 7 summers at Camp Oochigeas, a camp for children with cancer.

Real Estate Consultant Holly Chandler
Holly Chandler, sales representative is a long time resident of the High Park/Bloor West Village area, and a compassionate, creative and committed Real Estate Consultant.
The exciting project of buying her own Bloor West Village home early in 2004 inspired Holly to get her Real Estate license and she hasn't looked back. She believes that everyone should have a home of which they can be proud.
Holly has an Honors B.A. in Spanish Literature and French from Western and a M.A. in Spanish Literature from the University of Toronto which she pursued while working full time as a flight attendant with Air Canada. While juggling her studies with a demanding full time job, Holly also taught three Spanish classes a week. It goes without saying that she has great time management skills and organizational abilities! A winner of the Royal LePage President's Gold award, Holly has many happy clients who have helped her create a solid real estate foundation.

The hunger for travel and the desire to understand more of the world led Holly to ten month stays both in Spain and the South of France, and a three month stay in Japan. Happily, Toronto being the fabulously multi-cultural city that it is, Holly finds plenty of opportunities to maintain her Spanish and French language skills.
Holly Chandler
Through her many mind opening travel experiences, learning foreign languages and years working with the public under sometimes intense circumstances, Holly has learnt to appreciate that there's a lot going on in a person's life. She understands how important it is to never make assumptions, and to truly listen to a person to most effectively meet their needs. Holly is adaptable, patient and insightful; someone you'll be glad to have on your side when making life changing real estate decisions. She is also a keen observer of the humorous side of life so she'll keep it fun!
Among her many interests, Holly loves to paint and go to Toronto's many great art galleries to check out new artists. An avid cyclist, Holly can be found riding up and down the hills around the High Park area and beyond with her fellow cycling enthusiasts.

Irene Grech
Irene Grech is a Sales Representative with over 13 years experience. 7 of those years as a licensed agent in the Industry. She started on the front lines as a receptionist and comprehends all areas of the business. Irene is a sociable and dynamic Real estate consultant dedicated to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
Born and raised in Toronto, Irene currently lives in the West end of the city with her wonderful husband and two beautiful sons. One of her favorite things is spending time with her boys! Tyler Delaney is a sales representative, and our newest member to the Julie Kinnear Team. Tyler brings enthusiasm and a youthful energy to every situation. He takes a lot of pride in building close personal relationships with everyone he works with, and thrives off the happiness and satisfaction of his clients after helping them achieve their goals.
Tyler Delaney
Tyler graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto in 2008, where he majored in Psychology and Biology. Forever the lifelong student, he is a quick learner and jumps at any opportunity to learn a new skill or experience something different. Tyler is intelligent and insightful. He loves meeting new people and always enjoys listening to their personal story.
While studying at U of T, Tyler was given the opportunity to manage a franchise with College Pro as Julie did many years ago. Managing this business for three years helped him develop the valuable skills and necessary traits required to serve his clients with the highest level of integrity and reliability. It lit the entrepreneurial fires within him and inspired him to take on real estate as a career. While managing this franchise, Tyler was the recipient of several Excellence Awards and a Manager of the Year Award.
Tyler is always setting personal goals for himself and striving to improve himself in any way he can. His latest endeavour is teaching himself to ice skate. Tyler is a huge Toronto Maple Leafs fan, and has always wanted to play hockey like our boys in blue. “This year they’re going to win it all!” is a phrase you will hear him repeat every winter like clockwork. He enjoys being active and playing sports any chance he gets.
Tyler is working toward purchasing his first home in Toronto, and so truly understands the needs and concerns of his buyer clients – especially first-time home buyers. He is sympathetic to the challenges and emotions involved in finding and purchasing a suitable home in today’s busy Toronto market. He loves sharing his trials and tribulations, and is excited to use his skills and experience to find you the home you have been looking for!

Stephanie Mitchel
Stephanie Mitchell client care co-ordinator works full time behind the scenes in admin helping the team and all our clients.
The first thing you'll notice about Stephanie Mitchell is her smile. Even while dealing with clients on the telephone, Stephanie's positive attitude shines through. With a background in film and television, Stephanie has the ability to juggle multiple projects, maintain tight schedules, all the while keeping our clients and everyone on the team up-to-date and organized. Aside from being ridiculously efficient, Stephanie is firm believer in the old saying "carpe diem" and almost never refuses a chance to laugh, smile or dance. Her energy and love of fun is enjoyed and appreciated by everyone who meets her - friends, co-workers and clients alike.
Stephanie grew up in Mississauga and currently enjoys her new condo in Roncesvalles. You can find her nights and weekends in the dogpark with her Hava-poos, Frenchie and Rizzo. Otherwise Stephanie is usually found up north in the Kawarthas. Her family cottage is a central spot on the lake for gatherings and late nights by the fire. Stephanie helps organize the annual party at the lake - where young and old re-connect after a long winter and enjoy a live band and one of Steph's signature cocktails. She loves bringing everyone together.
Stephanie's love of travel is sated by wine tours in Italy, walking tours in England and her favourite - surfing tours (but mostly the surfers!) in Hawaii!

Claire Hartviksen joins the JKT after 14 years in the biz and is a licensed realtor and will be a huge support as a senior admin and sales assistant. She has done all aspects of the business which helps to fully understand all the little "ins and outs"! She LOVES real estate and is a total MLS junky! She gets very excited to check the hots everyday to see what new has come on (it is truly addictive!).
Claire is a single mom and lives in Leaside with her very sweet and adorable 12 year old son Addison. Her son is in his last year at Rolph Road and will be going to Bessborough next year. He is the biggest HOCKEY fan out there and very loyal to the Leafs, Vancouver & San Jose!
Their family pet is the cutest little Holland Lop bunny named Floppy.
In her spare time she enjoys getting together with my very best girl friends. She loves to travel and is always looking for new and different places to go. (If you have been on any great trips she'd love to hear all about it).
