It has been a busy Fall market - with many of our clients finding their dream home, moving up or downsizing and continuing with the buying/selling of investment properties. With the sky high rents, there are good options to be had for buying homes/condos with part or all as rental suites.

As the new year unfolded, we have been pleasantly and a little surprised that the market in January and February got off to such a healthy start.
Our team received the wonderful announcement that we had once again landed successfully near the top of the Chairman's Club.
So far, we have continued to have the shortage of listings and buyers have had to compete for many properties. It's more fun for sellers right now!
As you likely already know, the real estate market has taken quite an odd turn this year, as the summer market replaced the traditional booming spring market.
