Personal Update

Sharing with you some personal history, must include an introduction to my little (read big) cats! Being true blue pet lovers, we adopted Betty and Barney from the Humane Society 5 years ago. Cute eh?

As you will note from the reverse, many clients and friends are busy making babies! Such a blessing! You will catch me these days driving around in my new Honda CRV. Our Christmas toy arrived just in time for the snow storm!

Computer updates and technical toys are my favourite, and yes, I am a Palm Pilot Fan. Last Oktober many of you who have bought or sold with me, celebrated the 2nd annual Client Appreciation party at my home with a funny and tasty Oktoberfest theme! Other significant events include: Receiving the President's Gold Award for the 3rd year in a row. March 12th marks the end of my 6th year in Real Estate (and they told me that it wouldn't last)! Last November 23rd, marked my 30th birthday - feeling a little wiser, but not much older.

January was spent working hard on the Camp Oochigeas & Camp Kirk Annual Ski Day fundraiser. Thanks for all of your support! We sent lots of kids to camp. It is my most sincere wish that you and your family & friends enjoy a happy and prosperous year ahead. Thank you once again, for your support and referrals! Julie Kinnear 416 762 5949.

Demand For Housing Keeps Inventory Tight

Volumes of houses sold is down mainly due to a lack of houses being put up for sale. During the January "snowstorm of the century", the city came to a stand still, as did the real estate market. Throughout February, the renovated homes and condos in good locations were selling within days, many with multiple offers! Unrenovated homes still have to be priced competitively to sell. There are a large number of buyers out wanting to take advantage of the low mortgage rates, or move up.

Hanging Up On Telephone Tag!

One of my goals is to ensure that your calls are returned in a timely manner, and that we don't end up playing "telephone tag"! Much of my time is spent on the road at different appointments, so I have developed a schedule that works well with most people.

Daily I will return your calls from 11am-12pm & 4pm-5pm.

Please leave me your preferred return call time. Of course, we can make special arrangements.
