Summer here we come! Well we sure got a dose of the hot sticky muggy stuff this week. Hope all is well!
Canada Day, Pride weekend, End of School/grads, there are endless things to celebrate! I bet this year there will be a record amount of elbows up national patriotism this July 1st.
See below for Ruairi’s commentary on the TRREB Market Watch and local real estate conditions. As usual, it can be on a case by case situation, and of course location location location! Our combined FA/JKT team has been flourishing and clients are able to move forward despite the more challenging conditions, so be sure to reach out for personal advice.
This June, Mary & I were delighted to celebrate our niece Emily Wong’s marriage to Andrew Ball on June 14th. We held a pre-wedding party this spring in the city and then attended all the festivities in Prince Edward County at LakeCroft. They were blessed with gorgeous weather!
There is SO much to do! There is never enough time, another hot tip: check out Lemonade Dave and his bottling barn. Owned and operated by our fabulous clients and friends Dave Ullrich & Helen Hawketts. Shop local in PEC.
We also had lots of fun riding our bikes along the Millennium Trail, and to SandBanks National Park, as well as playing at my cousin’s Old Salt Cocktails outdoor adult games playground, after staying at the Lavender Farm. PEC is where we got married in 2007 - can’t believe it was 18 years ago.
Our JKT/FA partnership had the best time ever on June 4th with many clients during the Blue Jay’s fantabulous win streak. Beating the Phillies with a walk-off hit in the ninth was awesomeness!! Click here for photos.

📉 Sales are down 13.3% year-over-year
🏡 New listings are up 14%
💰 Average price across the GTA is down 4% to $1,120,879
