Based on address alone, this one-bedroom corner suite is sought after for its prime location in the popular King West Village, which is also known as Liberty Village, says agent Julie Kinnear.

"It's young, hip and happening," she says of the urban setting, packed with restaurants, shops and galleries, as well as a new grocery store, a one-acre park and several streetcar routes. "The area is such a good one that just improved so much."

The unit itself is nearly new, built about two years ago in the two-tower complex known as DNA Condominiums. "This is in the south [building], so it has much better views of the lake," Ms. Kinnear adds.

The sights can be seen from full-height windows throughout the 650-square-foot suite, while the master has the benefit of corner windows facing south and west, as well as two Juliet balconies.

The space is finished with nine-foot concrete ceilings and upgraded finishes, such as dark walnut hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances - including a gas stove - and granite counters in the open-concept living, dining and kitchen space.

Unlike most units, the suite has a foyer set back from the principal room. "You can welcome your guests, and then you can bring them into the living area," Ms. Kinnear says.

Other assets include en suite laundry machines, a full bathroom and an underground parking spot.

The monthly maintenance fee of $262 covers heat, water and upkeep of common areas, such as a gym and a rooftop terrace with a barbecue area and clear vistas to the CN Tower.

The building is pet-friendly.
