Toronto Realtor KJ Duck
K.J. Duck, a real estate consultant, joins Julie to bring a wealth of renovating experience and real estate sales to the team. While he will continue both helping our clients find their dream homes and prepare their homes for sale, it seemed a natural to have him join the team as a Buyer Specialist given his experience in renovations. K.J. knows Toronto intimately. With the exception of Queen's University in Kingston and a couple of lengthy trips abroad including Central America and France, Toronto has been his home. K.J. thoroughly enjoys his family, music and outdoor activities. When he's not out selling homes you might find him mountain biking in the Don Valley or spending time with his wife, his three and a half year-old Cassidy and 15-month old Charlotte!

Jennifer Palacios joins our team as an energetic and outgoing real estate consultant who specializes in working with buyers. Her many fabulous years in corporate sales at Roots Canada taught her outstanding communication skills and great attention to detail - major assets to you as you buy your home! Her dedication and love of people will definitely benefit you when progressing through the buying process. Aside from her work with the Julie Kinnear Team, Jen is an outdoor enthusiast who loves tennis, horseback riding on the trails in Caledon, and playing with her dogs, Suki & Nessy. In fact, she is fondly known by many in her boutique-style Leaside condo building at 356 McRae Drive, as 'Suki & Nessy's Mom'! Jen is our resident Leaside expert as she loves the neighbourhood so much, she grew up there and has never left. She knows Toronto intimately, and her current suite is the second she's owned at 356 McRae. In fact, you might run into her along the Bayview strip where she enjoys the many small shops that have been there since she was a little girl. You may also find that Jen likes to venture farther afield: with countries like Australia, Peru and Holland already under her travel belt! She has also volunteered as a counselor and Program Director for 7 summers at Camp Oochigeas, a camp for children with cancer.

Client Care Co-Ordinator Nicole Salter is there for you! She is a licensed salesperson, working with buyers and sellers from the Royal LePage office in Bloor West Village. Nicole is there to help with daily communications and the preparation of legal documents, correspondence, and the quarterly newsletter Kinnear's Komments. She also sets up your appointments, responds to property inquiries, and will help ensure that you have everything you need, every step of the way. She helps your process, from initial inquiry to closing the transaction, run smoothly behind the scenes. Nicole will provide you with the information you need, whether by phone, mail or email. Despite having grown up in the Annex, Nicole is now a proud east-ender. When she's not taking care of clients, Nicole works on her writing career, and loves spending time with her partner Mark, her gorgeous cats Sam and Tazman, her tropical fish, and turtle Henry. She's also a major movie buff - check out her movie reviews on the website!

Elise MacEachern is the newest member to join the Julie Kinnear Team as the Assistant Client Care Coordinator. After growing up in Orangeville, Ontario, Elise has been a happy resident of Toronto for the last two years. In addition to being busy planning her wedding in September, Elise works behind the scenes to help your buying or selling process run smoothly. Elise is available to help you with daily tasks such as booking appointments for showings and answering any questions that you may have.
