Happy Spring! Woohoo! How great is it when we “spring forward” the clocks and the days are so much longer? March Break is over - boo… Hope you had a nice holiday if you and your family went away. Maybe you had some green beer celebrating St. Patty’s Day?!
This month our FA / JKT team was thrilled to receive the 2025 Double Platinum Award from Keller Williams. It is an honour to be recognized by our brokerage and a reflection of the hard work and dedication by everyone on our team that goes into serving our fantabulous clients each and every day.

Another exciting honour came from the Ride to Conquer Cancer - who held an elegant ceremony for inductees into their Hall of Fame, hosted by the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation. As founder & captain of our team for 16 years, it was a very moving and poignant moment. Our Proud Marie’s bike team has raised over $1.3 million dollars and counting since our first year riding in 2009. All of our riders over the years alongside the support of friends/family/colleagues' donations, made this possible. A highlight was the surprise visit and rousing speech from special guest Hazel Mae.
I attended alongside our incredible current co-captains, Sarah, Kenny & Willie, who continue to lead the way and raise the bar.
On the real estate news side - the spring market brings the natural cycle of optimism after a long winter, and dreams become reality for many. Our business often runs parallel to the school year whether people have children or not or maybe it is the seasonal feel in our lives, as the season of growth. Spring evokes nature’s annual rebirth. (Or maybe it is just the Blue Jays schedule?! LOL). Now is traditionally the biggest peak of activity both on the buy and sell sides.
