After long consideration, we recently decided to sell our Seafair house and
move our family into Steveston Village. We elected to work with Jay due to his successful history of selling (many!) other houses on our street/neighbourhood over the years. It was an excellent decision. Jay was
thorough, professional and pleasant and worked effectively with our quick
timeline, managing to get us through selling and buying within a couple of
weeks. We couldn't have asked for anything more.
