What could have been a disheartening, stressful experience was instead a joyful, hopeful one. We always had the sense that you knew you could help us find a great home within our price range and also within our chosen neighbourhood, which was not the sense we got from two other agents whom we interviewed at different agencies early on in the process. All the team members who've helped us have been so interested in us and so kind and caring. We found it tremendously helpful when Julie sent us an email orienting us to the areas within Bloor West Village where we would find semi-detached homes; we were trying to get a sense of this ourselves while living in the Annex, but found it difficult and overwhelming to do this effectively during our sporadic self-guided Sunday tours of Bloor West Village.
