As we were abroad we found the initial online questionnaire an extremely expeditious way of conveying our basic buying needs & requirements. We were amazed at the personal service we got from Julie, especially given that we were not planning to buy until January at the earliest. By the time we got to Toronto we were able to make quick decisions because we were well educated about the market, the types of properties and what we needed to do to ensure we got our dream house.

Because Julie had taken so much time getting to know us and our needs/wants over a couple of months, she was instinctively able to select houses that would interest us. She's a genius! Her predictions were right about other houses that were for sale and she seemed to understand our goals and hopes for the house.

We saw the house and bought it inside a week. Julie connected us to our home inspector within two days, referred us to all of our trades people, hooked us up with a local deli and even drove me to the bank to get my deposit. Julie meeting the plumber to get quotes, without us – amazing.
