Of course WE confused things by looking quite a bit outside the scope of what we had originally defined as our ideal, but you were extremely patient in bearing with us through that. The degree of assistance we had from all of your staff was impressive; by the time we ended up buying, we had confidence that our decision was sound, and we appreciated help with the details of the inspections, the offer, final acceptance, recommendations for legal representation, trades, as well as your willingness to give your opinion when asked about some issues that are not necessarily black and white. We were consistently impressed with the turnaround time of questions. And everyone's diligence extended to evenings and weekends, which was appreciated enormously. I have worked with other agents in the past who just showed us some homes. Your team gave so much added value to the process as I have never experienced before.
