Jen, Raphael and I were talking last night and we really wanted to let you know how great we think you are! When we are in the bidding wars you are so helpful at letting us know what a good deal is, being aware of how we are feeling about a house, keeping us bidding competitively (but not to a point where you know that we'll have regrets).

Going through this process with you has been (and will continue to be) wonderful. We really appreciate all of your comments and knowledge and support!
