Thank you so much for the little gift you dropped off this week. It was really a nice surprise. We're doing great in our new house, and are very happy to be here. We are return customers and we're very happy to have worked with the Julie Kinnear team again when we were looking to upgrade from our condo to a house. We received lots of great advice from Julie about how to prepare for listing and selling the condo. We had schedule constraints and Julie was happy to work around our timing issues. Julie was always willing to help out, going out of her way to make sure the sale went smoothly. In a slow condo market we managed to sell our home in less than a week.

In the search for our new home, Tyler was amazing. He took great care in finding out exactly what we were looking for, and seemed to really care about making sure that we found a home that was perfect for us. He was very helpful in showing us (first time house buyers) what to look for during the viewings and gave us lots of great advice. We ended up with a fantastic home in a great neighbourhood, and we're really grateful to Tyler for all of his help. Our whole experience from start to finish was first-class, and we're glad to have chosen Julie and her team to guide us through this transition.
