Jay’s Favourite Thing Friday – Blood Brothers Brewing

On a hot, hot day, feeling parched from the midday sun, I needed a break from work fun to take in another pleasure – heading over to Geary Avenue north of Dupont Street in the Davenport neighbourhood – Blood Brothers Brewing. I tuckered into a delish carne guisada consisting of braised beef cheek, onion, cilantro washed down with a Blood Brothers hi-test Shumei IPA. Feeling mighty good, I got home later that evening to enjoy viewing and photographing a rare Lunar Eclipse that resulted in a Blood Moon rising!
