It's beginning to look like Christmas and here is Jay's Favourite:

At the invitation of friends, I joined them at the Swedish Christmas Fair celebration at Daniels Spectrum in Regent Park. Wonderful time. I enjoyed the choir singing, many vendors, arts & crafts, and delicious Swedish fare! After visiting all the festive activities, I hunkered down for an open-face Gravlax sandwich on rye, dill and Dijon with lemon, three types of herring and a boiled egg - all that was missing was the Brännvin. Thank you, J & A, for your invite! I can’t wait to attend the event next year!
