What structurally needed work, what to look out for, kept top of mind the things we were looking for, because when you're looking for a house you can lose sight of what your goals are, and what you need in a house. You get overwhelmed by decorative details or location, and then you lose sight of the things like why you're moving from your current house or your new house.
