This two-storey house in Riverdale lacks private parking, but that's a minor drawback given all the modern conveniences and amenities it offers, agent Julie Kinnear says.

Once owned and rented out by an adjacent church, the three-bedroom property was in disrepair less than a year ago, before the latest owners gutted it, created a three-floor addition, updated the mechanics and installed high-quality finishes throughout.
