We have the best clients and a great story to share with you! We received a call from our referred clients Josh & Danielle with the most exciting news! Their adoption wish had come true and they were blessed with their beautiful & healthy new baby girl Néomi.

With no time to spare they #1 needed to sell their Annex condo ASAP and #2 purchase a larger home! We helped them put together their list of important pre-sale upgrades to make it the most appealing, and voilà their condo sold right away.

Now onto their 3rd wish - living in a family friendly neighbourhood! This was not an easy task. They hit the pavement running with Jen! Unfortunately after losing out on a couple of houses to bidding wars, their dreams of purchasing a new home anytime soon was looking like a slim reality!

Everything truly happens for a reason! They found a great home in the east end (& 3 additional buyers decided to follow suit and offer as well!). Fortunately Jens strong negotiating skills & advice secured them the house. Ironically this house actually exceeds many attributes that the other properties did not have and for less money!

3rd wish granted! They are looking so forward to moving in & building memories in their new home in their preferred neighbourhood!
