"It's a very hip and happening location," she says, with shops and restaurants nearby on Yonge Street, as well as tranquil outdoor retreats like Davisville Park. "[The building] is a hidden gem."

"It was a really nice unit," says Ms. Kinnear. "It had good square footage and it was well laid out."
